"Rachel Ross is simply AMAZING! With an extremely busy lifestyle and budgeting through items, insurance can be the worse! I’ve been offered multiple quotes from other companies who were aggressive to get the most but offer it’s a “deal”. Rachel just confirmed what I needed, who needed it and explained add ons. All of it in easy to understand terms. She didn’t try to upsell so aggressively and ultimately I did choose some add ons because it felt it benefited me. Customer service 5+ stars, Expert in her field 5+ stars, approachable and empathetic 5+ stars. This isn’t just a “job” to her… it is a “passion” and I can’t wait to recruit my family over to her!
